Policy Status by Policy number at LIC Website: You can get policy status by policy number at LIC website. You must have login Id and password to login into this site. You can register at LIC India site with policy number, installment amount, date of birth and email address. Once you are registered there, you will get login Id and password at your registered email address. With these credential you can login into this LIC client portal and add more policy numbers into it.
Policy Status by SMS: Apart from direct LIC site, you can also get major policy details thru SMS at mobile.To get individual policy status you can type given message and send SMS to 56677:
ASKLIC < POLICY NO > PREMIUM / REVIVAL / BONUS / LOAN / NOM
